Use:

All pieces are handmade from stoneware clay, are food and drink safe, and can be placed in the microwave. Pieces can be put in the dishwasher for quick and easy clean up, however hand-washing will help them last longer!

Shipping:

Shipping is calculated using USPS guidelines, and considers package weight, size and the customer's geographic location. Please contact me if you have questions or need additional information.

Purchases made outside the US may incur customs and import taxes. Such fees are not included in the product or shipping price. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Color Variations:

I strive to ensure my listing photos accurately reflect the color of the piece as closely as possible, however the color may vary on different viewing devices or under different lighting conditions.

Product Imperfections:

Every piece is handmade, slight imperfections may be present.

Returns:

Since I am a small operation, I do not offer returns/ exchanges/ refunds, with the exception of a break upon arrival due to shipping.

I want you to be fully satisfied with your handmade pottery. If you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping please reach out to me at artfullymurray@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order, with photos of the packaging, box and damaged items, and I will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, I do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that are not defective, unless otherwise specified.
